"Our stay was for two nights. Room was clean. Hotel was fairly clean. Staff responded to request for extra towels the next night. However, the shower didn't work properly, and it was basically unusable. We let the staff know after our first night. They sent someone up to repair it, but it wasn't fixed correctly. Based on that experience alone we would not recommend or return to this hotel. There was no manager on site to handle our complaint. Upon checkout, the front desk staff handed me a handwritten email address of a 'manager' who is in Texas. No business card or general information about corporate was provided even though I asked. The front desk staff seemed clueless to how to respond to this. I emailed the itinerant manager, and have not received a response. This is quite unfortunate. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this hotel. "
