"We had a superb stay! The staff were amazing! Some shout outs to Megan, Safa and Katie J in the spa! All staff there were very helpful and polite. Lewys and the other male waiter in Steak on Six were excellent. Also Hayley on the Archery range was great.The gentleman with long dark hair behind the Merlin bar on Saturday evening was very good as was lady performing the music in the bar. We left left feeling really relaxed and refreshed. We'll be back! One slight the pillows and the mattress in our room 427, were not very comfortable."
