"We stood in a Non-smoking area that smelled as if we stayed in the smoking side. Towels also smelled like cigarettes The plumbing was an issue my son took and bath and the water took a while to go down and when it did it came out in the shower along with rust when i called guest services they said they call maintenance we waited 40 minutes and nothing so i had to go downstairs to talk to someone in person the moment i asked to switch rooms the sent someone to "fix "it. I was never given an apology or complementary anything and i was charged more then what was quoted on expedia. For the price you pay you would expect plumbing to work. Very disappointing . "

"The Hotel Shuttle from the airport arrived on time. I stayed in a New tower room and it was clean, large and comfortable. Everything was nice except for the annoying flashing green light on the smoke detector and the noise of the air conditioner going on and off."
