"Shower had a trickle leak. Very annoying at night. It seemed like an outdated hotel compared to others. "

"Bed was comfortable. Our toilet ran the entire time and the air in the room had a bit of a musty smell. Some kind of emergency alarm went off at 6 in the morning for 5 straight minutes. Super loud. No explanation was given for it. "

"Hard to finding a socket I could plug into. Most of the wall outlets I couldn’t get anything to plug in or if it did it wouldn’t go all the way, hang loose. Also pool music on before 8 am and loud enough I could hear it on the 7th floor with doors shut."

"Owners are clearly cutting corners everywhere. The facility hours are laughable. For example the gym is only open form 7am-4pm. The pool shuts down at 5pm.Had big roaches flying around in the room at night. The air conditioner didn't function. the showers were awful. The bathroom plumbing was noisy and unreliable. Worst hotel/resort experience that I've ever had in Las Vegas."

"Room was clean, but all basic things are not free, you have to pay for everything, not like other hotels. Internet is bad, interrupt multiple times and only allow 2 devices. Water, lotion, soap, tool brush or all personal stuffs are too expensive inside hotel, if you can step outside by corner which 100ft away, price is less than 1/4 or 1/5 at CVS store"

"Great location & price but the rooms were dirty! Bed had bugs & hair all over it. There was hair in showers as well. No sheets on the pull out bed. Jessica at the front dislikes her job & did not smile. Was very curt & acted as if she didn’t want to be there. Overall not a good experience. Would have found another room but we were there playing in a tournament & didn’t have any other options"
