All staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast buffet and the Spa area. Fatima at the front desk was especially helpful and genuine!!

It was magical, whimsical and wonderful every step of the way. We couldn't complain about a thing! The staff was so kind and friendly and fun. The sad thing was that we had to leave . You must stay there if your in the Black Forest:)

Such an underrated hotel! This was the cutest simple place we’ve stayed. Ascetically unique with the old style building and modern flare. Staff were so accommodating and make the best breakfast! Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quaint place to rest your head.

Everything was absolutely perfect, and believe me, I’m not easy to please. All rooms have been renovated and are super nice, the TV was working perfectly and is brand new, the breakfast buffet was excellent and very economically priced. The hotel is also right in downtown, so you can walk through this wonderful old German town and also visit some of the local restaurants and supermarkets and of course, the spring of the Danube, which is right in this little town. Breakfast was great! One thing that really stood out, (we arrived late, had a difficult time finding hotel, ended up taking a taxi. ) We were hungry, nothing was open, the young lady Dominica in the reception, heated focacia bread for us. Very kind.

Great quiet hotel with attached restaurant. Quiet neighborhood right opposite a bus stop. Great transportation to Freiburg. A very residential neighborhood so if you want to eat, it has to be there unless you drive. Breakfast is 10E extra but well worth it as it is an open buffet with cereals, bread, cold cuts, cheeses and eggs and hot dishes. There are also two bottles of water in the room daily.
