It was magical, whimsical and wonderful every step of the way. We couldn't complain about a thing! The staff was so kind and friendly and fun. The sad thing was that we had to leave . You must stay there if your in the Black Forest:)

Very pleasant stay for the spectacular Christmas market, but it would be a great choice any time of year. Room was very nice, bed and pillows comfortable. It is well cared for, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Solo traveler with a dog. I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. Check-in was excellent; quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The on-site parking was very convenient, and my room was good, well laid out, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I was consistently greeted with a smile, which made the hotel feel warm and inviting...

We loved our stay at Nouri. It was a nice new hotel, very clean, has AC, exceptional breakfast buffet. One of the best amenities is free access to the thermal pools at vita Classico.

Hotel was wonderful and the price was so reasonable. It was in the middle of a quaint fortress old town just a couple of blocks from the Rhine River. It was super close to the train station. It made us feel like we were living 10 centuries ago but yet the hotel was totally updated and very comfortable. Would love to go back.

My husband and I chose this wonderful hotel to stay in when we visited the Black Forest this past weekend. We had a wonderful time! Couldn't ask for better staff. We were so surprised of the cleanliness and how beautiful our room was. We didn't have to drive far for the activities we wanted to do and places we wanted to see. Would love to stay here again if we ever make it back to the Black Forest.
