"It was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. But the toilet was so close to the floor that I had buy a raised seat! The toilets would need to be replaced before I could stay there again."

I used to live in the area about 25 years ago and there are a lot of businesses closed down now. It looks like the economy in Grafton is not doing well at all. It’s too bad, because I used to enjoy living in Grafton.
