Apartments in Grainger County

"Fantastic. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our visit. 5 stars"

"Very nice place, awesome location, well equipped!!"

"Enjoyed our stay very much. The loft had great downtown vibes and the location is perfect."

"Just an fyi this place is literally 400 sqft. If your in the "guest" room/closet . You have to go through the other bedroom while people are sleeping to use the rest room. And there is a tenant upstairs who's extremely loud or there is a pack of elephants rooming up there. Bring a golf cart or side by side to get to water because it's a hike down steep gravel road to water. This place is located below another occupancy and have to walk down stairs to get to. Cute place if ya don't mind the noise...

"The apartment was very convenient to the festival we were attending, which was a big plus. It was comfortable and perfectly adequate for our 1-night stay. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain very well, but we contacted the host and it should be taken care of for future users. Otherwise, our stay was great for the price."

"Absolutely perfect!Plenty of space, beds were great and so comfortable. Well equipped and the best part so quiet!!! Perfect location for parents visiting LMU students, I highly recommend!"

"Very clean and quiet and located in a safe neighborhood. Thanks for having me!"

"Very quiet and close to Sevierville and the convention center. Really nice contact manager is super, his response time is fast. Being able to hear a little nature and the small animals in the back was Great. We enjoyed every min of our Mother Daughter weekend "

"Great location. "

"Our stay was great and the property manager was very helpful with everything! "

"Amazing place to stay! "

"This is such a lovely property - spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. I had everything I needed and the location is great. Right at the edge of the UT campus within walking distance to numerous restaurants, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I ended up having to extend my trip and had to change to another one of their units in the building and they made the transition very easy for me. I will definitely be staying here again!"
