"Everything was amazing at Chales Fioreze! I wanted to introduce my American born children to my roots and get them closer to nature and that’s exactly what we did with the help of this amazing resort. The staff was incredible, the chalés so homie and the the property just what we hoped for.

"Atendimento excelente dos funcionários que atendem café, super atenciosos e educadíssimos!! Acomodações quarto excelente !! Único ponto negativo , aquecimento interno liga numa temperatura abaixo de 13graus, tudo certo , pois fez na noite 4 graus , porém o aquecimento não se mantém, e o barulho de água como se fosse uma cachoeira a noite toda , mesmo sem estar ligado! Bem desagradável! Acionamos recepção mas o problema persistiu!

"Quarto com limpeza impecável, com o sossego da natureza ao redor, estilo cabaninha no meio do mato e de fácil acesso. Ótimo para descansar durante os dias de passeio na região. Só a recepção não foi muito receptiva no período noturno, mas todos os outros funcionários eram muito prestativos, amigáveis e educados. As rosquinhas do café da manhã são uma delícia (quando tem disponível no buffet, porque a la carte não tem a opção), assim como os outros pratos mais caseiros. Esse esquema diferenciado no café também deixou um pouco a desejar pois não engloba muitos itens do buffet (nem coisas básicas como bacon de acompanhamento de omelette)"
