First off, the hotel's name is Hotel Suites House, not Apartamentos Juanambu, so I was afraid I was in the wrong place, except the address and phone number were correct. It would be much less confusing if the correct name was listed on hotels.com. Secondly, they never recorded my reservation--they were not expecting me.
