This is a lovely home in a beautiful setting! The house is set up well for guests. We appreciated that there were more than enough dishes as well as towels. We loved using the kayaks to go out on the lake. There were so many places to sit and visit, play games, or just relax and enjoy the view. We had a wonderful stay, and wish we could have stayed longer.

Our immediate family gathered for the 4th of July weekend. This house and property met all our expectations. It was fully stocked and a very comfortable lake house vibe. Hosts were very easy to deal with. The boat slip was so convenient for hopping on and off the lake. The double decker dock was a great hang out !The rain storms came in and we enjoyed the screened in porch playing board games. It was a memory as a family and my grandchildren will remember for a long time. We can't wait to return.

This place is fantastic. Great layout for 3 bedrooms. It would be ideal for 2 families with 2 kids. The bedrooms are all split with bathrooms close by in each space. The view is fantastic, yard is beautiful, and space well equipped snd just as pictured. Host was responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this property for our get together for one of our friend's son's wedding between Granbury and Weatherford. The location was perfect for all of our activities-centrally located. We enjoyed the view of the lake and sitting outside. We also enjoyed the many different sitting areas in the house, which allowed the girls to visit with each other, the guys to visit and then all of us to congregate.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The home was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed plus more. We enjoyed the peaceful view of the lake from every viewpoint of the property. Did not use the outdoor fire pit on this trip but wished we could have. Nice setup. We brought our boat and had no issues with the boat lift. Appreciated having 3 bathrooms with great waterfall shower heads and water pressure after spending the day on the lake. Last, I greatly appreciated communicating with the owners. They are good people that ensured not only the information we needed to enjoy our stay, but comfort that we could contact them if needed assistance. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

The location was excellent! A few minutes from downtown but set apart from the hustle and bustle. Sits on a low-traffic road on which to take morning walks. The houses are spaced out. Definitely not a tract-home subdivision.The grounds were nice: Front gathering patio with seats and swings under the pergola, NNW-facing SCREENED porches we enjoyed at various times of the day, nice grounds for outdoor activities, a lawn to play on, plenty of shade, large firepit dish surrounded by huge trees, and spacious double dock house and upper deck looking over the lake.The house was roomy with plenty of open, yet pocketed, areas for flexible usage. Three full bathrooms! The tall counters were interesting. My short wife had to use the provided step stool in the bathroom and kitchen at times. Being 6', I appreciated not bending down much! The views from inside were amazing from the bedrooms, breakfast table, and lakeside room. Plenty of space to enjoy games, reading, and relaxing. It wasn't cold enough for the fireplace, but it looked great. Definitely on our list for places to stay again.

The house was wonderfully located. It was large and spacious. The kids were able to play in one room, while the adults looked were in another living space reading books. The two outdoor porches were inviting. We had coffee every morning on the porch and ate our meals there again while looking at the lake. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. It is a house I would want to live in. The walk down to the fireplace and boat dock was a little steep but magical as you walked among the plants and trees, Bridget, the hostess gets a five star review. She is the best hostess we have had at a VRBO!

We had a perfect stay the week of Thanksgiving! The weather didn’t cooperate with us to be outside much, but the views from the house were incredible and we had everything we needed to make a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. Our kids especially enjoyed the provided games and puzzles, since we couldn’t be outside much. All the beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the provided water was a huge blessing. We could not have had a better stay - staying here was like staying at a friend’s personal vacation home. We especially loved the distinctive, high end decor, comfortable furniture and inviting living spaces. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing vacation home! We hope to return very soon!

We had a group of guys for a mentoring retreat and the house was perfect It has a large living area where a lot of people can sit. Also, the outdoor areas were beautiful. The communication with the owners/managers was perfect.

This property has a lot going for it as summarized above. The weather was hot as this is July in Texas, about 100 degrees each day. By the late afternoon the HVAC struggled to maintain the specified temperature. We used fans as the owner suggested and got by until sunset when the temperature slowly returned to normal.

Experienced some difficulties dealing with two rental groups, VRBO And Evolve. Not sure why I had two, and had difficulty getting Evolve to reply to my questions early enough to decide if the home had what we needed. And it appeared to have two separate fees. Confusing!

We had an amazing stay at the Ranch House!! The house is fully stocked with bedding, bathroom essentials and towels, dishes & utensils... the list goes on!!! Also, the beds were so comfy!! There are SO many seating options throughout the property which made family time and personal time possible. The yard was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed all the amenities; the fire pit, fishing off the dock, the jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom and the gas fireplace. The host's were amazing and super responsive! 5++ We will be back.
