Entire Ski Condo Granby Ranch

Views, view, and more views! This amazing condo has it. Excellent first floor unit. No steps to the front door. Just a quick walk over to Kicking Horse ski lift to access the entire Ski Granby Ranch. After a long day of play, relax in one of the two Kicking House Condo hot tubs. The Granby Ranch resort amenities (skiing, biking trails, fishing, swim, clubhouse) are a separate fee paid to the resort at the Ranch Hall building.
The space
This amazing ground level unit has amazing views. 2 bed / 2 bath sleeps 6 with a queen size sofa bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a double vanity sinks. Updated furnishings and countertops make this unit feel cozy and relaxing. Warm up by gas fireplace or soak in one of the Kicking Horse hot tubs after a hard day of play. Full size washer and dryer in the unit, Wi-Fi and cable TV included. All shades are cordless lift for child safety. Blackout shades in the bedrooms will have you sleeping in as late as you want!
Guest access
Daily guest passes to the Ranch Hall pool and hot tubs are available form$10 per person / per day. Children under 8 are free. Guests must provide proof of reservations at the club house.

Resort amenities are a separate cost paid by the renter to the resort. These amenities include:

Wonderful weekend getaway!

This was a wonderful spot for a weekend getaway. House was clean and tidy and in a really nice spot for winter activities. Host was wonderful and communicative even though we had no problems all weekend. The fire place was a delight and the whole place was really spacious for multiple couples if needed.

The apartment is clean, spacious with well stocked kitchen and bathroom. It’s on the slope of a hill. This apartment is at the ground floor. I wish there is a private terrace to view the mountains as all the views from the windows were blocked by those pine trees. We saw two deers crossing the road at the stop sign coming out of the building one morning. Very peaceful neighborhood.

Everything in the unit is excellent. Very quiet and private. The only recommendation I would make is better directions to the unit, sidewalk, etc. A little map of the buildings, directions from the road and parking location(s).

Het huis was schoon, gezellig ingericht en je voelt je bijna thuis. Alle voorzieningen in huis aanwezig. Wij hadden deze locatie als uitvalsbasis voor de Rocky Mountains. Een aanrader. Heel dichtbij zit ook een mooie faciliteit om een bergwandeling te maken of te downhillen (skilift naar boven). Verder zit een grote supermarkt nabij en voor ander vertier een Rodeo-arena met shows. Granby zelf ervaren als een gezellige stad met leuke restaurants. Wat betreft huis en peuters: iets minder prettig dat de afstand tussen de voordeur en afgrond van de berg niet heel groot is (wel met hek afgezet natuurlijk). Kinderbed aanwezig. Barkruk om op te zitten is voor kleintjes soms wat lastig (was weergegeven op de foto’s).

Ski trip

Loved how close it was to Grandby Ranch. Enjoyed hanging out by fireplace and being able to cook our own meals after a long day of skiing. It had everything we needed and was even decorated for the holidays.
