We had a wonderful time again at this relaxing uncrowded resort, good snow, great accommodations. Very nice house, heated garage was convenient for loading car at 6am. Very spacious rooms, great views and short walk to lodge and pool.
Our family had a great stay here while we snowboarded granby ranch. You can walk to the lifts and lessons but far enough away to where you don’t hear or see all the people. Everything seemed so new and the check in and check out was great.

Nice placet to stay with the family
Well stocked, great customer service that was always responsive to questions and very nice. Place is amazing and so close to the runs! Will be back, thanks!
The townhouse was perfect. Very clean and plenty of space. It’s very close to the chairlift. The heated garage is so helpful. There were 2 sleds, the grandkids had a great time sledding just out the back door. Will definitely stay there again.
The check in and check out process was so easy and the location was perfect in terms of getting right to Granby Ski Resort. The only thing I’ll mention is that the bunk bed room had a rather large window that had no shades and the light at night from the neighbors was pretty bright, other than that, it was an amazing place to stay. Communication from property management was great.
Everything is nice and new as advertised! We liked having extra paper towels, toilet paper, laundry, products, etc. we don’t normally get this type of thing when we go to the beach. Nice amenities.
This was an efficient townhome near the base of the mountain. It was easily walkable in ski boots to the main lift area. It was nice to have a garage space for a car and ski equipment.
We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in the mountains of Granby Ranch. It was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed with all we needed to cook meals during our stay. Beds were comfortable. We skied 4 days, and the short 1.5 block walk to the lift in full ski equipment was a bit too much with one person in his 70s and two under 11, but once we had someone drop us off at base camp it worked well. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were very accommodating. They had plenty of games to play in the evening in front of the fire which was so much fun. We plan to return to this property for future trips to Granby, and we were so thankful for the opportunity to rent it!
It was fine, but after staying the last two years in Base Camp One, and this year in a house right outside of BCO, we will go back to staying in a condo in BCO. It’s not near as convenient and we prefer the one level living vs. up and downstairs as this house. Pros- it was clean, pictures online represent well, Beds were comfy. Pros- garage is small, our Toyota Sequoia had to fold mirrors in to fit inside, but if we parked inside, could not open back hatch. Shower rod constantly fell in main bath. The laundry room is NOT functional, major engineering flaw!. The doors are sliding doors, so to open the washer the dryer is covered by door and vice versa. So to switch laundry is a nightmare. First load didn’t seem quite right while drying as it became super humid in the hallway that’s b/c the dryer vent totally came loose from wall and all air was blowing into house. In order to fix; the dryer had to be moved so far over to the one side to line the dryer vent and hose up that you couldn’t open the door to dryer without shimmying it. Not a whole lot of dishes to cook with or store things in overnight. Pots and pans, and china are fantastic, but no bowls.
