Yavapai Lodge

10/10 Excellent
"Didn’t need to drive once we parked. The rim trail is a 5 - 10 minute walk from the room. Walk to dining and general store for drinks, snacks and meals. Headlamps/flashlights allowed for night walks to the amphitheater and around the property. Stargazing was amazing with comfy Adirondack chairs. Easy access to the bus stops for rides to hikes and view points."

"It was a great location and the room was nice and big but the kitchennette area was too small to prepare any kind of food. The breakfast was unfortunately terrible with a basic buffett but the staff were nice and polite. Good hotel but not worth the price paid. Thanks"

Holiday Inn Resort The Squire at Grand Canyon by IHG

"Clean property with lots of amenities like swimming pool, arcade games, outdoor games, s’mores for children. You will pay resort fees. Clean and spacious room (we stayed in a premium room in block 7000 which was updated last year). Reception staff is hit or miss. The ladies were very helpful but the guy who did our check out was unhelpful to the point of rude."

Grand Canyon Tiny Homes

8/10 Good
"The Sleeps 8 home we had was just right for our family of 4. It had its quirks, but for the most part worked well. The water pressure for the kitchen sink was low and would not get the hot water heater to kick in. The air conditioning was either not working or not strong enough to keep the place cool. Thankfully the outside temp drops quite a bit at night."
