"Loved the location right in the park! Bedding and room decor very nice. Bathroom very small as would be expected with an older NP lodge but very clean. Loved the seperate buildings and all rooms on first floor in wooded setting! It was a much nicer setting than the Maswick lodge."

"I really appreciated the thoughtful text asking what time I planned to arrive so the room could be ready, and whether I had any preferences. Later, I received another friendly message inviting us to a BBQ — such a warm and personal touch that made the stay feel extra special."

"Everything was great other than no food. We planned on eating the burgers for dinner and the breakfast the next morning. We did not bring food with us because of that. Weather or lack of patrons at the park were not factors. The decision of no food was made early and after we checked in. Had to scramble and eat food from the gas station. Again, other than the food issue, it was a great experience and a lot of fun. The night sky was incredible. "
