"Petit motel charmant, bien situé et abordable. L’établissement est propre, bien entretenu et semble avoir bénéficié de mises à jour récentes, notamment avec des planchers stratifiés dans les chambres au lieu du tapis. Le personnel est courtois; certains employés sont bilingues, bien que ce ne soit pas le cas de tous. Le séjour comprend un déjeuner chaud composé d’œufs, de pommes de terre, de saucisses et de rôties. À noter toutefois que ce déjeuner n’est pas à volonté et demeure identique chaque matin, ce qui peut être moins intéressant lors d’un séjour de plusieurs jours. Heureusement, un Tim Hortons se trouve juste en face et un McDonald’s à proximité. Globalement, je recommande cet établissement pour sa propreté, son emplacement pratique et l’expérience générale offerte. — English version — Charming small motel, well located and affordable. The property is clean, well maintained and appears to have received recent updates, including laminate flooring in the rooms instead of carpet. The staff is courteous; some employees are bilingual, although not all of them. The stay includes a hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausages and toast. Please note, however, that breakfast is not all-you-can-eat and is the same every morning, which may be less appealing for longer stays. Fortunately, there is a Tim Hortons directly across the street and a McDonald’s nearby. Overall, I recommend this property for its cleanliness, convenient location and overall guest experience."

"This hotel is at the perfect location and easy to get to. If you go to see the tidal bore you are in luck as the hotel is along the river with a perfect viewing area. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was hot and hearty. Next time I’d ask for a room on the river side as ours was roadside and given it is Rue Main, it is noisy all night long. The hotel is within walking distance to some excellent restaurants and shopping. I’d stay here again."

"The room was very clean. I was very happy with that. Mo stray hairs in the bathroom anywhere, or in the bed (and yes we have found them before). Maintenance wise, there was some peeling wallpaper in a couple of places. It wasnt an issue. It just made the place look older than it needed to look. I didnt get a chance to use the pool because it was too small. There were too many people in there and it left you feeling claustrophobic. You couldn't enjoy yourself. That was a me problem I guess, not something they could control. I did love love love the coffee machine. I wanted to bring it home. It was the best coffee ive ever had. The staff were great who worked the front desk. The biggest complaint I think we have is with the housekeeping. The come around at an ungodly hour, beat on the door, and give you 2 secs to answer before they use their key to open the door to come in. If someone is not answering, that tells me that they are sleeping, or prefere to not be disturbed. I was really bothered by someone just walking in. A hotel should ask when a person checks in. Do you wish to have housekeeping in the mornings, yes, what time? No, ok thank you we will put you on the no list and if you need supplies you will have to come get them yourself. Easy. That was really my only complaint. Otherwise it was a nice stay."
