"This property is absolutely beautiful! Great location, very modern, clean, updated. Plenty of parking, easy to get in, very safe area. This home had everything we needed to host ourselves and a 2 employees while we were working in the area. The only bad part was the management company handling the property. We booked for 17 days. When we tried to contact them to extend our stay 2 weeks, it took 2 calls/vm and a couple texts on the app to finally get ahold of someone. The rep called me back at 8:30pm! I could barely understand her, and she was on a recorded line so all I could here was the random beep in the background. She asked if I wanted to extend my stay, I said yes, she said "ok, I will note the account, please call back when you have decided" and hung up! I thought I had already decided. Then another rep texted me on the app asking if I wanted to extend 2 more weeks. I said yes and got no confirmation. Then another rep called me back and said we could extend for 2 more weeks but they were going to raise our rate $100 a night! Seriously, we are asking to stay for over a month (during off season) and you are going to raise the rate? I agreed to stay for one more week but then go elsewhere due to the price increase. They just said "Thank you" and hung up! Then I got another call from another rep to confirm yet again that we were continuing our stay. I said yes. Then I got another message in the app asking me to again confirm!!! Horrible management team!"

"My husband and I came to Abbi’s cottage to rest and relax. It was exactly what we needed. The cottage is absolutely a perfect place to stay….the location and the view are outstanding. Everything from beds to furniture were comfy. Anything you could want or need was there to use which made our stay so nice. Plenty of places to walk and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A pure joy for us to find. Thanks, Abbi for being such a wonderful host!"

"All aspects of this property met our expectations except for the bedroom situation. The property is listed as 5 bedrooms, but only one bedroom (new addition) has full walls. The other 4 bedrooms have open rafter ceiling which makes each room connected as far as noise is concerned. If you are traveling with other couples, this may not be advantageous. That being said, the location is great and the view from the deck is lovely. Jay is also a very gracious host. "

"This cabin is OLD. But in the best way. It has original detail, with some modern amenities. While I personally thought it was charming, I could see how others might not. Aesthetically, the owner has excellent taste and everything worked together. But there were areas that could use some maintenance/updates. We personally struggled with the door handles and locks, as they were all original and clearly very old. The location was quaint and peaceful, and an easy walk to the beach (for my able bodied family). "
