"Great time in Grand Rapids. House size was great for four adults. Property could use some updates, but communication with owner was easy and house had everything we needed as we ate out most meals and really only slept there."

Worked out great for the group size we had (7 Adults). Parking was tight, but manageable, A/C units in most of the rooms was huge with it being 90 all weekend, everything worked and was clean! Wasn’t fancy, but it got the job done with being in a great location with what we had planned! I would recommend and book again! "

I contacted the owner and the only reply I have received is that he said he would check on it. I really do not know why there has been a delay as we did no damage to the property!"
