"Elevator is gross, tried to send me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, a big group of kids were staying there and their chaperones were NOT doing their job, kept me up all hours of the night making noise. No one was at the front desk at 4am to get a transfer to the airport, had to call out and just wait for someone to come up front. Bathtub floor had a cover over it, was too scared to lift it up to look under it. "

"I had a 6 day stay. I felt comfortable and safe being a Woman staying by myself. The receptionist Sandra was very professional and very kind and helpful to handle my booking. Excellent customer service. I will return here on my next visit to California from Delaware. Thank you Joanne"

"Swimming pool was heated to a hot tub temp. And it was 100 degrees outside. Not good for the kids."

"The property is rundown, smells like a mixture of weed, cigarettes and mold. The area surrounding it is unsafe. The room was sticky on surfaces walls and floors and smelled terrible. I was very tired so I slept a few hours then left long before sunrise. I would highly encourage you to only stay here if you’re desperate. I am a simple traveler and I don’t require much nor do I care about hotel appearance but this place was more of a homeless shelter. "
