Great hotel! Clean and room was a womderful lay out. My only complaint was that you could hear if your neighbours were extremely loud throughout the night. But, not enought that it would stop me from staying there again.

Very nice room but the thermostat being in one room and the heater in another was not helpful for maintaining a comfortable temperature in the bedroom. I’d stay again but not in a suite

Arrived at hotel, had booked a Queen Suite, with pull out couch, when arrived was told they did not have that set up anymore although their advertisement on the Best Western website stated they did, so requested a Queen suite, was given a room with 2 double beds. limited toilet paper, when asked for another roll was told none available. If it had not been for the fact that I would have been charged for the rooms I would have gone somewhere else, if this is the way a Platinum member gets treated, never again

A great hotel, would stay again

Hotel was good, lots of parking, prompt service. Room was clean, hotel was clean. Breakfast was hot and had good selection, gentleman working breakfast was attentive. Only oddity was shower was tiny, a little corner shower that was the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time
