We had a joining room with family. It was perfect for our large group. And with a kitchenette and pet friendly, it had everything we needed! Good breakfast and so much fun in pool and slide. This property is clean and has it all! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay our first night the smoke detector malfunctioning cost us two hours of sleep, the staff in the middle of the night handled it very well but there was never a mention of any compensation for the inconvenience

I’d recommend this place.

Super awesome staff very pleasant and went the extra mile to help out with anything and everything we needed. Room very clean, and quite nice. Pool area was super clean and fun water slide. Hot tub was magnificent. Overall was a great stay, awesome experience.

I planned a weekend with all 6 of my 7 grandchildren! It was my birthday celebration! We went for dinner at Mr. Mikes just across the street from the hotel! We then went to the hotels pool & water slide and spent the evening in the pool or the fabulous hot tub! Not a lukewarm hot tub and a hot tub made by Canadians for Canadian lol! So great! The room was large with 3 beds, microwave stove (full size) & fridge …also full size! A little kitchen sink and dishes along with a dishwasher too! The hotel, although fairly busy was so quiet. I would recommend this hotel again! It was fantastic!

Unfortunately our room was quite gross. Not the areas you would commonly touch, but the walls were muddy and splattered with food and other liquids. The back of the bathroom door was very dirty with dried on mucous and soap splatters. There was mud splashed above the shower and behind the towel rack, hair in the kitchen sink drain and stains on the bedding and bed skirt. You could see where the bar of soap had been used from the previous guest as that area of the bathroom counter had not been wiped down. Even my teenage son was horrified and that says a lot. I asked for a new room after the first night as I couldn’t handle it anymore. The new room was somewhat cleaner but not a lot. The front end staff was kind and had no objections to switching rooms for us, thankfully.

Don’t book a room with a pullout if you plan on having someone need to sleep on it. The pull out was not in good condition at all. We ended putting the mattress on the floor. Still not able to be slept on. The staff tried to help but the best they could do was offer two duvets to be put on the mattress to make a mattress pad. The room was rundown.
