"A very handy place to stay, just on the outskirts of Grantham, just a short walk into town.
Plenty of parking on the street outside, or on the bays on the side road.
I stayed in the annexe, in a ground floor room by the road - glad to say, no noise issues at night!
The room itself was large and well maintained, if a little dated decor-wise. Bed was extremely comfy!
I didn't have the breakfast, but stopped by reception in the morning and it was being cooked fresh to order, looked very nice.
The staff accidentally charged me twice (once through website, then when I arrived). Before I even got a chance to check this, they left me a note to pop by reception and get the additional charge refunded. Great customer service!
