"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is old, but mostly OK to stay in. the bedroom furniture is old and should be renewed, and it would be good to have air conditioning instead of small fan heaters, the tall one is old and does not work well and is dusty and dirty. The bedrooms need power points put in easy to use places on the wall, and not behind the bed head as it is in one bedroom. I think for most guests the cleaning fee is excessive as most guests clean up well before they leave, especially when they are bringing their own bed linen and taking it away with them when they leave."

"Stayed at many places in Guilderton over the years, old and new. This place is old on the outside but nicely renovated on the inside. Michael the owner was warm and friendly to communicate with and has clear details of what we can expect. There was a also a lovely surprise when I opened the fridge, some very nice welcoming goodies to start the holiday off on the right spirit. Also enjoyed a few hours at the relatively new Moore River Brewery with my mates. Thanks again Michael, would be happy to stay again at your place."

The beds were very comfortable. It's a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked for crockery and equipment but there is minimal pantry items so take everything you need with you."

"Room had no pillow cases on 2 of the pillows on main bed. Felt like it hadn’t had a proper clean or love- Outdoor balcony table full dirty ash tray. Discarded drink container at front door. Let manager know, said he would speak to the manager above him and “crickets”. "

"We had a wonderful overnight stay in Rosie's cottage. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the cottage had everything we needed for our stay including great coffee. Rein, the host, was superfriendly and bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable giving us information on the local area and pointing out spots for the best views. We were sad we hadn't booked for longer but will definitely be back in the future."
