"Our experience was excellent except 24 hour room service was advertised and when we arrived at 9:30pm after driving delays, we were told the kitchen was closed. The reception person directed us to a takeaway in the village which we did, but would have preferred to stay in after our long drive. Breakfast and staff were delightful."
