"An amazing location and room. Great breakfast and convenient to walkable and drivable Lake District attractions."

"Great location, centrally located for all of the trails, short walk into Grasmere was very convenient, restaurant was a great place to grab a good meal at the end of a long day"

"Regrettably our room number 6. Did not smell nice. It had the smell of old wet trainers. We did mention it and a room diffuser was turned on. Some of the fixtures and fitting were falling apart. Otherwise it was a great place to stay right on the river."

"Really comfy, warm apartment with all the facilities needed. Perfect for the village, pubs and shops"
