"The property was lovely. We even made use of the fantastic Sauna."

"Remote place, without neighbors. But you directly have access to the slope. So in the morning after breakfast one can go directly skiing. The hut has everything needed in the kitchen, good equipped. Wooden stove works great and heat up the hut perfectly. We had no problems with electricity using the solar panels, but also we didn't used much. Warm water is a big plus. The surrounding area is great. We been with 4 kids (4-8 years). They all managed to get up to the hut from parking alone....

"Wir und unsere Hunde hatten eine schöne Woche im Engadin. Wir fühlten uns wohl und willkommen in der Unterkunft. Auch für die Hunde wurde gedacht. Leider ist das Grundstück nicht eingezäumt. Der Bauernhof und die Kühe hinter dem Haus haben uns gar nicht gestört. Schön wäre es wenn es viellecht eine Mikrowelle zum Essen aufwärmen und bei schlechtem Wetter ein TV hätte. Das ist aber wirklich ein Luxusproblem."

"Would be great to have plastic bags for litter bins available. And also good vacuum cleaner so we can better clean small dust, hairs etc. Not sure about wood availability. There was some, we used some. But not sure if it is regularly checked and added? Overall very good facility for reasonable money. Thank you very much!"

"The chalet is rustic and comfortable, with easy access to the train. A great base for ski touring around Langwies and Arosa, as well as some piste days."

Lay-out of the rooms allows for some privacy between families and/or boy/girl teenagers. - Schmitten (which is quiet by itself) as a base camp in a central location for visiting the region. - Parking available - WiFi! This is relatively important given that Switzerland is outside of EU and thus not included in our mobile phone plans (roaming). "Seit mehr als 10 Jahren sind wir jährlich um Weihnachten in diesem Haus. Besonders schön empfinden wird die Integration von Wohnraum, Essraum und Küche, den Kaminofen und die gute Küchengestaltung (Töpfe, Pfannen, etc.) und Ausstattung (z.B. Kaffeevollautomat). Insgesamt hat die Wohnung ein hohes Niveau. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung auf hohem Niveau. Ggü. den Vorjahren haben wird allerdings festgestellt, dass einige Dinge im Küchenbereich reduziert (Bier- und Weingläser, Esslöffel, u.a.) sind...
