"The staff were really good! Booked us in for breakfast when we arrived which meant that we didn’t have to pay 4 adults (if we had to book online) for 2 adults 2 children. 2 Hot tubs were available but no jacuzzi, that was drained but no bother. The spa facilities were great. Pool wasn’t the warmest to start with but if you were in and moving it’s perfectly fine. No complaints from us or the children! Plenty of people swimming when we were in. Food was tasty and service was quick and attentive. Room was clean and modern. No complaints. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The room 406. Frost bathroom door please. Shower needs non slip surface plus a grab handle. A door on the shower, water everywhere. Loved the magnifying mirror over wash hand basin. All staff polite, helpful and patient. "

"Not my first stay, and as always very happy. Excellent breakfast - and although the bacon and eggs are already gluten free, they offered to cook some separately for me to ensure no cross contamination"

"The evening receptionist was exceptional and so helpful, very polite and informative. The hotel is less than a 20 minute walk from the station so easy to get to. The hot tub and swimmjng pool was great. The fault I found is the rooms being a little cold "

"I love this hotel, it is beautiful and relaxing. The only thing I would like them to address is ensuring that there are mirrors on dressing tables and maybe some specials in the restaurant as the menu doesn’t change much."

" We have stayed at Wotton House a few times and have stayed singly, as a couple, with and without dogs and have even taken our bikes down. The facilities and staff are superb and we have come to treat the hotel as a home from home! The room has had all we could want. It’s comfortable and well equipped and they’ve provided beds for the dogs when they have been with us. The facilities are excellent and we’ve used the gym, pool and walked extensively in and around the grounds. The local area is really nice and we have explored extensively. The walk through the woods to the Mill pond is delightful. We have also cycled in the area, taking in Leith and Box Hill as well as visiting local villages But it is the staff where the hotel has excelled. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, from the maintenance, F & B and Front of House. They have made an unpleasant situation a pleasure! They have been attentive and friendly and really gone the extra mile. Annalisa, Jessica and Guido on reception have been superb, helping our changing itinerary. Kristina from Guest relations has been really supportive. Sarah in F&B was superb in helping our Mum and Jose rhe waiter has been fantastic. It was lovely to meet Edward, the GM and his wife Georgie who made us feel very welcome and supported. Thank you all and sorry to all I have missed out! We have enjoyed our stays, and will be back"
