"Great location just down the block from the cathedral. Room was small which was fine. The shower leaked water onto the floor but it was a slight annoyance but easily mopped up with a towel. My only issue was that the A/C did not operate and it was quite warm. I would leave the windows open but my room was entered from the outside and above a restaurant so there was quite a bit of noise. "This may be my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Europe. It is quiet, lovingly decorated, and it is right in the heart of town. Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again. "
