I really enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace and reading on the top floor terrace. The location is very convenient to the old city, and the staff were great. "Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability...

"Superb location for the city centre of Graz. Very clean hotel and friendly employees. Perfect night time access with your room key acting as a key to the front door as well. If ever in the area again I would not hesitate to return."
