"Clean, comfortable, quiet, well-maintained. Just what we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay. Only off-putting part was reading the rental agreement beforehand -- only one roll of toilet paper to be supplied per bathroom, all sorts of possible extra charges for not wiping down the stove, not putting away the dishes, keeping the thermostat too high or too low. Maybe the host has gotten burned before? But no charges were incurred & since we were there only 3 nights, we had plenty of toilet paper. "
"Booking was so easy and Margaret was wonderful. This is our second time staying here and we look forward to coming back next year. The house is immaculate but also very welcoming. Had everything we needed. Thank you for your attention to detail. "

"We chose the property for two reasons, the capacity to hold 10 people and its proximity to the Delaware River as we were there for a group canoe trip. The house was very clean, and ready to go. The kids enjoyed the gaming space, and it allowed the adults to talk and relax. We also used the hot tub which was a nice perk for some sore muscles after our rowing. We cooked a little, and the house seemed to have typical pots and pans, plates, utensils etc. We brought paper products to limit the need to clean. They have deck furniture and fire pit, but we didnt really use the outdoor furniture setup. The outside of the house (deck in particular) is a little dated, but that didnt impact our enjoyment. The road to access the property isnt paved and may be difficult for certain vehicle types. It didnt impact us since we had an SUV, but showing up in a low profile vehicle may be difficult for some, or if it was bad weather (snow). All in all it was a great experience! Keep up the good work!"
