They overbooked. Had to scramble to find somewhere to sleep after a long day. They seemed unapolagetic and wasted 30 mins looking for a room. Meanwhile, expedia still had the room available

It’s always a good place to stay but on the weekends they need to have the breakfast ready at the normal time, not everyone is a traveler some have jobs to go to. A motel that offers breakfast is a big thing workers, most job hours start at the normal time and if breakfast is not a part of it they might not stay there again.

Incompetent front desk staff

Decent hotel but don’t expedite the front desk staff to know anything about what they are doing. I told them I booked with hotels.com and they insured me that the charge on my card was for incidentals. Here we are almost a week later still has not fallen of as I was charged for the room..

Great hotel, just a few annoyances

Great location, staff was wonderful, breakfast was good! My only reason for not the highest rating was that several things were a little annoying. The hot tub was not working at the pool. The elevator was very slow and there was only one. In our room (203), the toilet would run for a very long time before shutting off and we could also hear a weird sound almost like a hot water heater cycling that was annoying until it would go off. Also the TV channel guide would not show any programs so it was hard to navigate the TV channels. But, I would still recommend and the location was very good.

We have stayed here before and always had a good experience. We were there for 5 days this time and on the 3rd day we still had not had any service from housekeeping which was fine up to that day. I went to the front desk and asked if we could have someone at least come in and empty the trash, give us fresh towels and cups. The young man at the front desk said the staff was too busy and I would need to go find the housekeeper and ask them to go to my room. I proceeded to ask him if he could contact the housekeeping staff and he said no I don’t have time to.and if I wanted it done I would need to go ask. I was very surprised at the unprofessional response that I received. I did go find one of the housekeepers and she was very friendly and very apologetic. The young man at the front desk was not. He was rude and dismissive. All the other front desk staff was very friendly.
