They shared that while the summer was good the fall has been awful. I blame the Orange Failure in our white house for scaring everyone away!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! It was nice having so much space with all of the family. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball area. The house was clean and came with so much to do. Having the golf cart was amazing to drop the beach stuff off and the family. Sherrie was fabulous! We have never had a host to be so informative and communicative. She was very helpful and responded immediately. We highly recommend staying here and we will be staying again!!"

"The house was cleaner than most beach houses I have been too and it had a fantastic pool and hot tub. The rrooms were really nice and two had an adjoining bathroom. the owner provided a document that provided everything you would need to know about the house and the area. The beach was just down a dirt road that was only traveled by those on the road and the beach was never really crowded and it was very clean. Not great for finding sea shells or sharks teeth but no rocks or anything but soft sand and even very little sea weed. pretty much only saw some a time or two over the week. The waves were great for boogie boarding. You are on the ouskirts of town so no heavy traffic but close enough to stores and grocery stores only a few miles down the road. Ihave been coming to the outer banks for probably 12 years maybe more and this was the nicest one we stayed at todate. "

With 14 bedrooms and plenty of living space, it was perfect for our group to spread out while still feeling connected.The amenities were outstanding. We loved the private pool and hot tub, and the direct beach access made it easy to enjoy the sand and ocean anytime. Inside, the home had everything we could ask for—multiple gathering areas, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, and comfortable bedrooms with private baths.The location in the 4x4 area is unforgettable. Watching the wild horses roam freely right by the property was magical and something you don’t experience anywhere else. It added a sense of wonder to the trip that we’ll always remember.Check-in was smooth with keyless entry, WiFi worked well, and the host was excellent—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.The Hemingway is more than just a vacation rental—it’s an experience.
