I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at the Nags Head. We had a wonderful time exploring Great Missenden (very easy to walk to from the Inn) & the countryside. The train into London was so easy. Our room was peaceful and a great place to come back to after a long day. The room was quiet and a a haven to get away from it all. And the breakfasts! We tried the Full English which is certainly a treat. Definitely try the fish & chips for dinner…so good!! If you want to have a true English...

Perfect for a one-night stay. Staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower was great and the bathroom was spotless. Best part was the included breakfast - lots of choice and good quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

We stayed here for a visit to the Harry Potter studio tour. Helpful staff, comfy bed, plenty of room for family of 5 and beds all set up ready (didn't have to ask again for travel cot on arrival as often happens), super breakfast. Would recommend.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast.

Stayed one night after a long drive through France and a ferry crossing, just to break up the journey. Arrived with tired kids and weary parents. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful, the room was a good size and with good amenities. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, very impressed indeed. Far exceeded my expectations. Would definately stay again. Thank you Holiday Inn.

The hotel staff was very nice. I had an issue with a broken shower head and they fixed it quickly. They helped with local info as well. The pub was exactly what you imagine a English pub to be. Decor was nice, the staff at the pub was very friendly, food and drinks were good, and local residents at the pub were just as friendly. This was a fun hotel to stay at. I lived in England most of my life and never even knew this place existed. Researching some National Trust properties to visit discovered this hotel associated with Waddesdon Manor. What a gem of a find! We only stayed one night but could, and should, have stayed longer. The location is excellent and a short easy walk just across the fields to Waddesdon Manor which is a must visit in my view. Loved our stay there, close to airport, but UK village feel.

The hotel a five minutes' walk from Terminal 4 departures through an enclosed walkway. Since Terminal 5 was built, the location is less busy, and the room pricing is more reasonable. Standards remain high and there is free transport to and from Terminal 4 from the other terminals.
