The satellite (?) or cable had many buffering delays. The restaurant offered breakfast, but coffee and tea was not available (!?!) This hotel was not located near a coffee shop, anything around was a 5 min drive."

"Toilet leaked, room smelled moldy. Elevators old and shaky, beds were very uncomfortable. Tv service was intermittent at best. Lobby was clean and nice but the rest of the hotel wasn’t even close."

"The breakfast buffet was very substandard. I’ve had more fresh options at other hotels with complimentary breakfast. The breakfast bar consisted of scrambled eggs that were green, chicken sausage that was extremely dry and crunchy and pancakes that had way too much vanilla. Not worth the upcharge. "

"The staff was very professional and very helpful. The rooms were OK. They were not the cleanest, the beds were made, and the showers definitely needed some TLC and a good scrub down. The lobby area was OK. The design and set up was nice. However, the furniture was made of cloth and you could see stains that a good shampoo of the upholstered furniture would have made a better impression when First checking in. The leather furniture could have used a good scrub down as well. Although the staff was helpful and very professional, the establishment could use a little more care in their facility. If you’re paying about four to $500 for a room for a weekend times however many hotel rooms are booked. Use some of the money to really update and clean your establishment and I feel like taking a little pride in what you have and take really good care of it will go a long way with your guests and potential guests.
