"There was no Body wash, requested to the front desk few times but no reply. TV was not working & phone was off the hook. Very dirty elevator & Floor Front desk morning staff was rude & had a bad attitude."

"Moxy Madison is a fun, energetic hotel with a very friendly and welcoming staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back in the future. The only quibbles I have are (1) the motion activated bathroom light, which turned on in the middle of the night and always turned off while I was taking a shower, and (2) the lack of storage for clothes and belongings. Otherwise, nothing but praise from me! "
