"The staff was awesome. At check-in Nancy did a great job as it was chaos! In the evening on Monday, Justin was a hoot!! We had a great time speaking with him for hours while he worked the non-stop ringing of the phones (major flight delays/cancellations). The room was fine, although a couple of the lights did not work, but we did not make a fuss and made it work for us. I liked this spot so much, I canceled another reservation and booked this hotel for April!"
