"The host was excellent and answered any questions I had immediately.The property was exactly as described and was clean and extremely well resourced.Parking on site was available.A 30 min walk approx to the jetty and ferry. A few shops - bakery, fish and chips and a small supermarket. Also pub close by.Would recommend to anyone."

"Great location in Rock, easy access to Polzeath beach and works on Pothilly Beach.Cottage was great had what we needed. It has a single parking space in front of the property, we had a small car so was very easy to park. Larger vehicles might find it more difficult to get in and out onto the Rock Road."

"Could do with a hoover under bunk beds. Didn’t have all of the advertised vegetables with roast dinner and wasn’t offered any alternatives or discount. Service in restaurant and bar slow at times. Beautiful view of PolZeath beach . Sofas could do with a clean as water stains on them and a few more cushions on sofa would be a nice extra.Overall very pleased with our stay and would return again."
