"This property is in an excellent position in Padstow harbour The cottage is stylish and well equipped with the added bonus of a parking space albeit a tight squeeze to get into The roof top terrace was much appreciated during the recent heatwave The provision of milk coffee tea dishwasher tablets etc was a nice touch The property was clean and spacious Communication with Penny was excellent with clear directions and access details We will definitely stay on the cottage again"

"Fabulous location with amazing views of views of the beautiful Camel estuary.Lovely garden at the back of the house with plenty of outdoor seats and umbrellas. There’s a barbecue area which is great. Also the coals and fire lighters are provided.Off Street parking is a real bonus in Padstow but really is only for one car. We loved the house immensely and will be back. Definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed at."

"Perfect place to stay, only a short walk to Padstow harbour. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and everything was of a high quality. The host gave excellent service from the initial booking until we checked out. Would 100% recommend this bungalow"

"Slightly further out of Padstow than we realised. It meant that one of us had to be designated driver as it was too far to walk with a four year old. Harlyn and Trevone Bay 6/7 minutes drive away which was a massive bonus. Cottage itself was clean (a few dirty mugs in the cupboard and a condom wrapper under the bed found). Peaceful setting with beautiful view of fields at the front. I would recommend this cottage to families with younger children as our oldest found getting up to the top bunk tricky - we put the mattress on the floor instead."

"Absolutely gorgeous little cottage, perfect stay for a couple with kids. There's everything you will need, very well equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer and dishwasher and has two shower rooms with wc in each. Very well located close to the beach and the shops. No garden as such but a small dining area by the road. There's a little access courtyard at the back where you can pitch a couple of chairs for a coffee in the sun. Only downside is that the internet is very patchy. Something I think the owner is looking into. I would highly recommend this property."
