"The house was so quaint and inviting. I loved that the house was built in 1830’s. My family really enjoyed our stay."

"Great place to stay tucked, into nature"

"The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked with anything we need. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Would recommend it to anyone who visit Dayton and USAF. The host is excellent in communication. We enjoyed our stay. Thank youGrace"

"It was amazing "

"Location was perfect, just a few minutes from the arena. We were able to drive back during breaks which was extremely convenient. Cute neighborhood with a great coffee shop. "

"Recently had a five day stay at this house while visiting family in Ohio, very clean and comfortable home providing everything necessary. I recommend if your looking for a reliable cozy stay"

"We loved staying here! We brought our dogs who enjoyed having the run of the fenced in yard. Kitchen fully equipped. TV in every bedroom. Laundry, cleaning, and toiletries stocked. Quiet street to sit on the back deck or porch and take in the country sounds all while being a quick walk off the main street."

"Great"

"집이 너무 이쁘고 좋았습니다. 출장차 묵었는데 연장을 못한게 아쉽네요. 집주인도 너무 친절하고 좋았습니다."

"It was located near to the event we were attending which made it convenient. It was generally clean and well kept. The kitchen wasn't stocked very well (no steak knives, no broiler pan, 2 small skillets, no large mixing bowls or cutting board, only glasses and ceramic plates without an option for littler kids to use easily and safely). It's in a quiet neighborhood. The host quickly responded when we needed additional paper products and hand soap."

"The house was amazing. The game room was a big hit with my boys. We loved that it was off a main road but still quiet enough. If we ever vacation in this area again, we will be renting this property again. Pool was nice, but a little to cold to swim in. Only down side was the master bed was a little to hard for us. Everything else was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!"

"Great little place for our weekend away for our anniversary. Quaint & charming! The school house history was an added bonus to our stay. Loved the country setting but close enough to the local towns so we could antique shop together. We would definitely recommend if your passing through the area or nearby to forgo the hotel and stay here instead."
