"Rooms are smaller than pictured. Deceptive location to ballpark. Extremely disappointed with food and drinks in restaurant. Stayed two out of 4 planned nights. Found another hotel. Lots of shouting in halls when people come home from games and partying. "

"One night stay with my daughter. 04/11 Told at 3:19 they had no clean rooms. He asked us to wait a minute went upstairs and then miraculously had a clean room… Proceeded to ask if we needed towels at the time because there were none in the room. They would be brought up later. I asked for atleast 1 so that we could wash our hands. Gave 2 hand towels. strangly had some towels to give us.Checked in went up to our room checked the bed.Mattress coved in brown stains. Oh and bathroom had towels. Room door didnt even have a normal lock to secure door while in the room.(only one like residential home with chain)Back to desk we are not staying there dirty and not safe. Desk guy said the stains were under the sheet. I told him absolutely not acceptable I was not letting my daughter sleep there. He asked if it was both beds umm only had 1 king. It was dirty and I didn’t feel safe. I showed him the pictures. Offered me another room- no I do not want another room. I want money back. Offered another room again, I said no. Told him pictures do not match hotel, he asked where and I told him from hotels.com. He said I would not get a refund from them. Went back "

"The breakfast on the concierge floor was not good. Seemed like powdered eggs and heat (sometimes barely warm) and serve sausage links. My wife did like the oatmeal, but that was about all that we could rate as good. There is a variety of other things, pre-made baked goods, but nothing very good except one day there was fresh fruit. We skipped it on our last day there because, quite honestly, it wasn’t worth the walk down the hallway."

"Updated and modern hotel with contemporary and comfortable furniture. Pillows were not great, though. Super clean in all areas. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was fine, nothing special of note. "

"The room was not clean and had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The hallway on the first day also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and sewage, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The bathroom was dirty, there were no towels provided, and the Keurig machine was not working. On a positive note, the valet service was excellent—very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay."

"Missed the entrance due to unlit signage. Waited at front desk over 5 minutes with 4 other customers. Called the number they left to contact them when no one is at the front desk. Called twice and no one picked up. Asked for non-smoking room but upon entering the room had a strong odor. The room was just ok. First time at the Quality Inn and I was planning to stay at another quality inn at a different location the next day but cancelled. "
