"Lovely location for Kew Gardens .
Lady behind the bar was lovely and very helpful when ordering food to take to room.
No lift was a problem as o 3rd floor and couldn't be moved .
Breakfast was lovely

"Een heel erg leuk hotel, met een superleuke pub / restaurant. Driepersoonskamer was zeer groot en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het restaurant is een echte aanrader en het personeel was echt top!"
"Super clean and cosy room. It was ready upon arrival and staff was very helpful in explaining the property and pub / restaurant area. Room does not have AC but had a fan and brought another upon request, as well as blackout curtains. (For those traveling from US, not many pubs and older dwellings have AC like we do in the states). We arrived when it was above 30c)
We had great food during our stay and were able to enjoy long hikes in the park and super convenient spot to our friends I the area."
"The Victoria Inn is very close to the 58th Street show and was convenient for an overnight stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good facilities for tea and coffee in the room and air conditioning. There was very little natural light in our room which made it a bit gloomy at first sight."

Very hot during our visit so appreciated the fan but would have been more comfortable if the windows had opened fully.
Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water but shower control face missing.
Staff were lovely, very polite and helpful.
Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold offerings."
