"Was a pleasant place to stay in a very nice and safe environment especially having young children with you . Close to amenities and the famous Bluewater shopping centre which was a plus especially during the Christmas holiday period .Communication with Victor was excellent and very efficient which made everything nice and smooth. "Thoroughly enjoyed my 24 hours here, every staff member was super friendly and helpful.. I came very unprepared forgetting my toothbrush & phone charger but they had both covered with a smile.. was really impressed with the food (3 ladies all really enjoyed our meals), spa was nice with pool, steam, sauna and jacuzzi / hydro pool. It’s all a little dated overall but you can use it for the rest of the day even after you check out! Rooms came with irons (always a bonus), tea / coffee & biscuits, the bed was really comfy. I thought the stay was really good value for money… loved it! "
