"Huge room was clean and quiet. Good location. Comfortable bed and nice linens Only complaint was when we checked in no one gave us any area information or said that we had to request housekeeping. We assumed it was every other day. On day 3 I asked and she said “oh you have to request it at check in” information we could have used! When I checked out a lovely lady was very sweet and helpful. I think her name was Ms"

"Our keys would not unlock the outside door and the desk employee tried fixing them with no luck so we had to move all of our things to another room 2 doors down. The plastic thing that holds the coffee pod was the wrong size for the coffee maker but the morning staff gave us the correct size. The beds were very comfortable and noise level was great. We liked the view of the water from the second floor room 214. Even though we had the problems, the staff was very helpful solving the problems. We would stay there again."

"Pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Front desk was always pleasant and helpful! Would definitely stay there again and walking distance to so many great things to do, eat and drink!"

"Everything we needed was on-site. The Falls Market restaurant and store were very helpful for food and other things we needed. Valet staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaints- hot tub was broken and neither front desk or guest services answered the phone the couple of times I tried to call."
