The room felt mediocre, featuring a non-working refrigerator, a damaged hairdryer, and a complete lack of hot water. The mattress was also quite firm, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. ​Most concerning was the lack of attention to allergy specifications for my pre-ordered breakfast, despite clear prior instructions. Between the service lapses and the loud mechanical noises coming from the bathroom pipes, I cannot recommend staying here until these maintenance and communication issues are addressed."

Although I didn't dine at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, the location offered easy access to the beach, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful Jersey coastline effortlessly.
