"Front desk employees were fantastic. friendly and welcoming on arrival and helpful through visit. Only down side was the room had a slight odor of carpet cleaner. The air temperature control in the room did not work but it was repaired in quick order. Staff extremely responsive. Overall good experience and will use this hotel again"

"V good experience"

"Clean and comfortable. Communucation was clear as well as instructions. 10 min easy level walk to LRT/train station to access different parts of Calgary. Excellent overall."

"Perfecta ubicación y limpio. El dueño 10 de 10"

"The room was wonderful. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Lots of parking. Multiple businesses and restaurants all around. Pool and Hot tub were clean, however it is oriented for strong swimmers and adults. Breakfast was awesome, great variety for everyone."

"Everything you could want from an Overnighter. We actually stayed here vs downtown since open parkade instead of all this height restricted and underground nonsense. Quick commute into city with plenty day parking options at reasonable price keeping price under city overnighter with breakfast included. Comfy clean friendly staff that we encountered and great breakfast. Relatively quiet can’t blame other people on the hotel. People just need to think a little with the banging doors and voices...

"The outside of the hotel is under renovations, which is why the cost for a room was very reasonable. The renovations did not negatively impact our stay at all. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was terrific, the shower was very nice. Underground heated parking was a treat."

"Hotel needs renovations"

"Staff was amazing, very resourceful and customer-focused, we enjoyed our stay as a family during a busy Stampede week."
