"The Villa was really a lovely house with three spacious bedrooms, two spacious full baths and a nice half bath. The pool was beautiful – always clean with cold water. And the top balcony was spectacular with beautiful views.Unfortunately, there were some little things that needed improvement.For example, there was a grill outside, but the lights that were over the grill didn’t work. And then I discovered that the grill itself did not work because the battery needed to be replaced in the starter....

"Rebecca's condo in very well equipped with stunning views. The building has a nice roof-top pool. We met several nice people who live in the building. Rebecca was great to deal with. This was our 15th trip to Puerto Vallarta and one of our favourite places to stay."

"Property management team was spectacular. Jesus was extremely helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. Water heater was the only downside of our experience for those whom didn't enjoy the cold showers. Location of the home was great though noise from the road and construction areas was noisy. Overall space was great and we all felt fortunate that the owner let us enjoy their space for the short time in Mexico. Thank you, Notch Family "

"The location was great. The area is safe. The gate attendants were so nice. Ride the bus/van from the main road down to the beach. Loved the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Grocery store close by. Loved the pool area. The house could use some updates and deep clean maintenance but overall had everything we needed. Property manager was easy to contact and responsive."

"The inside of this air conditioned apartment is very nice and clean. Lots of daylight. The view is directly on the street and of rooftops but we didn't really mind as it's a block away from the Town Square (Park) and 5 minutes to the marina. You can walk everywhere. It's a perfect spot for a 5-7 day stay. The only thing we can think of that would be good to have in the apartment is a water distributor for drinking water."

"We had a wonderful stay in Yelapa. It was our first time to Yelapa, and Jay helped us organize a private boat to town from a marina close to the airport. The house is also only a minute or so from the town pier.The view from the house was unbeatable, waking up every morning was a delight, and watching sunset in the evenings was amazing as well.
