"We actually hoped to stay in Zell am See, but this location in Kaprun turned out to be a better choice. The hotel is in a great location and the food served for meals was a gourmet experience. We greatly enjoyed our stay here. "

"Great location. Our room despite being small had a great balcony with a phenomenal view. The grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. More variety than other 20 hotels we stayed at during this trip. The staff was very helpful. Only two negatives. The floors in our room were super squeaky. Every trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night would wake my wife up. Also, no elevator. You need to use the stairs for everything. The only hotel so far without an elevator. "

"The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc), and it was a little bit too simple overall. The room wasn’t cleaned every single day so that’s another thing to note."
