"I was in Cardiff for a competition and so only used the room and no other facilities. It was lovely and clean, the toiletries were lovely but it was incredibly hot. Also a couple of biscuits would have been nice with the room refreshments. My husband checked us in and said the staff were all efficient and lovely."

"Room was nice but the aircon wasn't working in the hotel. Our room was so hot it was uncomfortable and struggled to sleep even with the fan on. We had a late Hyrox on Friday night so checked the website which said we could book a table for dinner up to 10pm with food served until 11pm. Arrived at 9:55pm and were told we couldn't order food unless it was for room service. As our room was so hot, there was no way we could eat there. Ended up walking around Cardiff at 10pm trying to find some dinner which wasn't ideal."

"The lady that checked us in was such a lovely lady (i think her name was Donna) so friendly, absolute pleasure to meet her. Bed was really comfy and breakfast was good. Management, you need to look after staff like her, she is a real asset. "
