The issue is that it is a little far from Lucca and/or any center, so I think they could help guests by putting a bottle of water in the room, and/or having some coffee/tea (they provided coffee pods for the first day only. "We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. "Great value for money. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Comfy bed and pillow, really strong wi-fi and good shower. Great location in the centre of montecatini. Not a huge amount to do there but a good base for trips to Lucca, Florence and Pistoia by train. Hotel is 5 minutes from the station. Can’t complain for the price but the room was a bit old in parts. Overall, very happy with our triple room which was very spacious. "
