"The property is in a locked floor in a small apartment building. The owner told us that parking was not included and we parked in the lot several blocks away which the owner recommended. It was pricey, approx 25 euros for one night. There is parking in front of the apartments but the cars were getting ticketed when we pulled up. I do not know the cost of the ticket. I understand that this area is popular with the surfers. It is not by the old town or the best restaurants but it is easy to walk...
